Consumer Action & Response Team (CART)

FamilyLinks proudly joins with Consumer Action & Response Team of Allegheny County (CART) in our ongoing efforts to improve the quality of our services for Allegheny County residents. CART is an independent project intended to improve services by helping consumers communicate with their service providers. Results of CART’s efforts with FamilyLinks’ consumers are available upon request.
