Program
Coordination of mental health services for children
with severe emotional disabilities. In-Home Services that can assist in supporting the child so
they can succeed in daily living at home, school, and in the community.
Treatment service may take place in the consumer/family home, in
the community, or in the school setting, as deemed necessary by the treatment
team and treatment plan.

Family
Based Mental Health Program
Provides interventions, support services, and
therapy in the home, school, and community for consumer/families who have
significant emotional/behavioral disturbances.
A team of two therapists works with the consumer/family to identify
and establish goals, based on family strengths and assessment of areas
of need. The service provides
intensive individual and family therapy, and support for parents by implementing
effective behavior management in the home, school, and community.
This service also provides crisis intervention and stabilization
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Administrative
Case Management Program
Provides supportive assistance to consumers
and their families to ensure continuity of care across various clinical
and/or community services. Provides
coordination, access, and linkage to possible and/or necessary clinical/supportive
community services.

Mobile
Crisis Intervention Services
Provides a vital intervention and link for children,
families and adults throughout our agency and county. Through emergency
face-to-face triage, Mobile Crisis Workers intervene and stabilize intense
and sometimes unimaginable crises, with scheduled follow-up visits to
ensure stability and linkages with necessary supports.

Outpatient Mental Health Services
Outpatient Services provide mental health assessment, therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication services for children,
adults and families. Outpatient therapists work with clients to identify goals and criteria for success. Goals may include: establish safety, maintain
the individual in the least restrictive home, community, and educational settings, improve overall functioning, enhance problem-solving skills, and to
improve family and social relationships. Outpatient therapists will also collaborate with other agencies and schools when appropriate and indicated,
while providing linkages to necessary resources. There are multiple clinical office sites where clients can receive services across Allegheny County.
Additionally, through our Mental Health Partnership, Outpatient Services are licensed and contracted to provide mental health services in many schools
across Allegheny County. FamilyLinks is committed to providing Outpatient Services in a manner that is highly accessible and individualized to meet the
needs of our consumers.

Residential Treatment Services
The Family Treatment Centers are long-term residential services for substance dependent women who may or may not be pregnant, age
18 and older and their children, in an intensive therapeutic environment

School Based Prevention Services
Provides services to local schools and community organizations that includes classroom presentations,
curriculum-based support groups, individual consultation, assessment and referral (SAP team participation, parent education, staff
in-service training, community education, after school programs and summer camps.
