Few things are more important in life than having a safe, secure place to call home. Familylinks can help by connecting you to resources for well-maintained apartments and houses at scattered sites throughout the county. Housing is available for low-income families, as well as individuals who have mental health disabilities or are recovering from substance abuse.

This program is for people aged 18 and up who are homeless and in recovery from substance abuse. Penn Free provides housing for up to one year, with lots of supportive services to help ensure success.

This program provides permanent supportive housing and case management services for individuals and families that are homeless and have disabilities, including mental health issues and/or substance abuse.

For eligible, low-income families, Familylinks offers two and three bedroom housing units that are safe, secure and well-maintained.

 

Familylinks currently has an apartment available for immediate occupancy on Pasadena Street.   The newly remodeled unit is a two bedroom duplex located on a remote quiet street in Wilkinsburg.  The unit is $600/month plus all utilities.  It features a new furnace, newly equipped kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood and carpeted floors, garage, and security system.  Any interested parties should contact Ron Kraus at 412-389-3729.
