John Amato, M.Ed.
Director

John has over 25 years of clinical, managerial and training experience in social services. He is a certified trainer for PA Child Welfare Competency-Based Training Programs. John has delivered hundreds of workshops and has provided consultation in the areas of management, chemical dependency and recovery and at-risk youth related issues.

Tricia Underwood, M.Ed.,
Trainer

For almost 10 years Tricia has worked with adult and teenage clients in a variety of settings including drug & alcohol, MH/MR, behavioral treatment, and with survivors of sexual and domestic violence. For over 5 years Tricia has developed and facilitated trainings for professionals working in these fields.
