Downtown Outreach

Shelter for runaway and homeless youth, ages 15-21, with additional transitional housing support services.


PennFree

The PennFree Program is a twelve-month rental subsidy program designed to empower recovering men and women to regain their independence. Participants in PennFree are homeless, recovering, single men and women, single men and women with children and families.


Youth Employment and Training Program

Pilot Youth Employment and Training Program for teens ages 16 to 21 from outside of the City of Pittsburgh and within Allegheny County who are out of school, are underemployed or unemployed and are facing challenges to meaningful and retainable employment and/or educational pursuits.


Adolescent Semi-Independent Living Program

Supervised apartment living for youth ages 15 to 18 years, with focus on vocational education and life skills development for successful transition to adulthood.


Children’s Treatment Center

Community- based residential treatment program for males ages 12 to 18, with focus on enhanced behavioral health, physical health, education, and return to family or alternative permanent living situation.


Youth Emergency Shelter Services

Temporary emergency shelter facility care for teens at risk, ages 13 to 18 years, referred by Allegheny County Children, Youth and Families, with focus on safety, comprehensive assessment, education, service planning and linkages and family reunification.


McKeesport Teen Parent Treatment and Shelter Program

Residential treatment and temporary shelter services for teen mothers parenting up to two children and pregnant teens, ages 13 to 18, with focus on behavioral and physical health, parenting and self- education, life skills development, and family reunification or successful transition to adulthood.
